Dodge Viper ACR Targa 8,4L V10 (1/2 worldwide) - 2016

This one-of-a-kind car not only features a targa roof, but was also lavishly specced with factory options worth $21,650. It is offered with German papers and a technical inspection valid until August 2025. With only 9,406 kilometers on the odometer, this Viper ACR Targa is a true collector's item. The exterior of this Viper ACR is finished in the aptly named 'Adrenaline Red' paint, which contrasts beautifully with the black stripes, wheels and aero package. The interior features an inverted colour scheme, with dominant materials such as black leather and perforated Alcantara, complemented by red stitching, seat belts and body-coloured seat backrests. The car sits on the correct 19-inch ACR alloy wheels, fitted with Kumho Ecsta V720 tyres. Based in Michigan, the Prefix company was a key partner of Dodge during the production of the Viper and was responsible for painting the body panels before shipping them to the assembly plant. Although Dodge originally planned to introduce an open variant of the fifth-generation Viper, this idea was eventually scrapped. However, Prefix saw the opportunity in the market and carried out these high-quality conversions after delivery. The Targa conversion process involved the careful removal of the factory roof panel, which was replaced with a lightweight removable carbon fiber panel. In this case, it was opted with a matching body color and Viper stripe to improve the visual flow of the car. A sky panel was then attached to the underside, along with custom Prefix weather seals and latches that allow for an easy removal process. The Targa panel even fits neatly in the factory trunk. Prefix performed about 30 Targa conversions, but this Viper is one of only two that were performed on the hardcore Viper ACR model.
