Remarks:
The GT was the first model to be sold under the Bradley Automotive name. The development of the car was extremely informal. The body of the GT was a two-seater coupe with low curved sides and no doors. Protection from the weather was provided by two frameless plastic panels that extended into the roof and opened like gull-wing doors. Concealed headlights were mounted under two large opaque covers. The body was constructed of fiberglass and designed to be mounted on an unchanged chassis of a Volkswagen Beetle. The GT thus inherited its 2,400mm wheelbase from the donor vehicle, while the front and rear suspension could vary depending on the builder's choice of wheels and tyres. The front and rear suspension was via the VW's transverse torsion bar and trailing arms. The standard powertrain was also the air-cooled four-cylinder boxer engine and the four-speed manual transmission with pendle axle. Some GTs replaced their hidden headlights with fixed headlights under transparent covers. Bradley offered the rear window in three variants; a short triangular piece, a longer fastback piece that extended to the base of the rear spoiler, or an extended station wagon tail. The power or even the type of engine could also vary greatly. Extra note: Ugly spot on right plexiglass door (see photos). Viewing: This car can be viewed and picked up in Schiedam, the Netherlands; All technical inspections and viewings and inspections of the supplied documentation are possible on the viewing day; the buyer is responsible for the preliminary examination of the car and to make his own judgement about the condition of the car before an offer is made; For this purpose, the car (and all associated accessories and documentation) will be made available on the viewing day
