- 'ONE TO ONE', The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti received the most important changes in 2008. OTO stands for the One-To-One program, in which each car is put together completely according to your wishes. Given the type of car, the price and the quantities to be sold, it was quite a smart move to immediately redirect customers to this program. It's as if you have to pick up the 'Audi Exclusive' brochure at Audi. For the RTD programme, you were flown in to New York or the factory in Maranello. There you could choose between all color samples and leathers. Did you want your own specific color? No problem, it was arranged for you. From a technical point of view, the RTD implementations are also different. The F1 transmission has been significantly improved, thanks to a new double-plate clutch. the electrochrome roof was standard, as was a Manettino on the steering wheel. It was also possible to order the GTC2 package. This made the 612 even sportier. In fact, it was actually the chassis of the 599 GTB HGTC. All RTOs were fitted with the 20" Challenge rims from BBS as standard. Normally, that doesn't sound like the best recipe for a stylish car, but the car could handle it very well. In fact, it was exactly what the car needed.
